Aktis Film was founded in the beginning of 2009 by Stelios Ziannis. Starting with one office in Leipzig, Aktis Film’s first market appearance was at the Berlinale’s European Film Market (EFM) in February 2009 where Ziannis presented Rudolf Thome’s new feature film “PINK”.

Aktis Film offers worldwide licensing and distribution. With a presence at every significant film convention and festival our vast array of contacts and clients is constantly growing. We distribute German and European feature film libraries and new arthouse and independent feature films as well as art, music and other documentaries and feature films and animation TV series. We provide support for financing and also help you with the search for national and international co-production partners.
